Drought Resistant Plants for Marin County, CA

Marin County is in the northwestern part of the San Francisco Bay area. The county is known for its many beautiful natural areas including the Point Reyes National Seashore, the Muir Woods, the Marin Headlands, and Mount Tamalpais. The United States’ oldest cross-country event also takes place in the county. In recent years, just like much of the rest of the country, the county has been facing extreme weather including droughts. This presents a challenge for all the greenery and property owners in the county.
